1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and betika ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your use of the betika.cx website, the betika mobile app, and all related services.

By accessing the betika platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature provided, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all Terms stated herein. This acceptance is final and binding for as long as you remain a betika member.

3. Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active account at betika. This includes accounts registered using the same name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method. Registering multiple accounts, whether directly or indirectly, is a serious breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times. This includes your full name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address. Any changes to personal information must be reported to the betika support team within a reasonable timeframe.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betika account password and login credentials. betika shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of betika's commitment to security and compliance, we conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to submit valid identification documents such as a national ID or passport, proof of address, and bank account information for withdrawal verification purposes. The KYC process is typically completed within a few hours and only needs to be done once.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

7. Member Conduct & Responsibilities

As a betika member, you agree to use the platform in a responsible, ethical, and lawful manner. You agree not to:

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or cause damage to betika's systems, servers, or networks.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by Member

You may close your betika account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited, and any valid remaining balance will be returned to you via your original payment method.

8.2 Closure by betika

Betika reserves the right to suspend or close any account with or without prior notice if:
